Sun in Capricorn

Your Sun in Capricorn builds identity through purpose and the long climb — you tend to measure yourself by what you have made last. Capricorn is an earth sign, the element of the practical and tangible, so your sense of self firms up through structure and results, and can wobble when effort has nothing solid to show for it.

With other people

With the Sun in Capricorn, a cardinal earth sign, practical and quick to begin, ruled by Saturn, whose character it takes on, you often show love by doing: showing up, handling the hard part, remembering the deadline. People feel steadied by you. The friction comes when you carry more than you admit, and closeness starts to look like competence instead of need.

The growth edge

Capricorn is Saturn's own sign, though your Sun holds no special dignity there — no rulership, exaltation, detriment, or fall, none of the traditional measures of how at home a planet is in a sign. So the question stays open: how much of your worth do you want tied to what you build? You can keep the discipline and still ask what it would cost to rest before it's earned.
