Privacy
The short version
There are no accounts, no tracking cookies, and no advertising trackers. We do not know your name or your email address, because we never ask for them. The birth details you type are used to compute a chart, and what we keep of them is not linked to you.
The birth details you enter
To draw a chart we need a date, a time, and a place of birth. You type them into the form; we compute positions from them and show you the result.
Those values travel in the page address, which means they also appear in our host's ordinary server request logs alongside the IP address that made the request. That is the one place your birth details and your network identity sit together. Those logs are kept short-term by our host for operational and security purposes and we do not mine them.
The computed chart is cached so that asking the same question twice is fast. The cache row is keyed by a one-way hash of the birth moment, the rounded coordinates, and the house system. It stores planetary positions — not your name, your email, your IP address, or any account, because none of those exist. Nothing in that row points back to a person.
What we deliberately do not do
We set no cookies of any kind, which is why you have not been asked to dismiss a consent banner. We run no advertising or conversion pixels — no Meta Pixel, no Pinterest Tag, no equivalent. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with data brokers, and we do not build advertising profiles. If any of this changes, this page changes first and the change is dated.
Analytics
We measure aggregate traffic with Vercel Web Analytics. It is cookieless and produces counts rather than profiles of individuals. We use it to learn which pages are worth improving.
Who processes data for us
The site is hosted by Vercel, which serves the pages and keeps the request logs described above. The chart cache and our astronomical reference data live in a managed PostgreSQL database. Those two providers, and the analytics named above, are the only third parties that touch requests to this site.
Having a cached chart deleted
Because a cache row carries no identifier, we cannot search for "your" data — but we can reproduce the exact key from the birth details that made it. Send us the date, time, and place you entered and we will delete the matching row. There is nothing else of yours to delete: no account, no mailing list, no profile.
Your rights
If you are in the EU, the UK, or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you have rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability over personal data we hold about you. Write to us and we will answer. We will also tell you honestly when we hold nothing that can be linked to you, which — absent the request logs — is the normal case here.

Changes to this policy
When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Material changes — a new processor, a new category of data, anything involving cookies or advertising — will be described here rather than quietly folded in.
